    Passage of Ordinance amending Title 21 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Interim Ordinances by adding a new Chapter 596 providing for a moratorium on the establishment, re-establishment, or expansion of commercial laundry, electricity generation plant where energy is produced through combustion, general industrial uses listed and described in Section 550.30(f)(3) of the Zoning Code, scrap/salvage yard, metal milling facility, or waste disposal facility.
