 Passage of Resolution accepting a donation of $420,000 worth of real estate value in the property at 3744 Chicago Ave.

Approving modifications to the delegated form Loan Agreement consistent with the terms of this action as approved by the City Attorney’s Office.

Authorizing a contract with Fredrikson & Byron PA, in an amount not to exceed $60,000, from Jan 1, 2023, through Dec 31, 2023, for legislation representation services, and authorizing the waiver of any conflicts of interest between the City of Minneapolis & Fredrikson & Byron PA related to: the firm’s continued representation of clients subject to previous City waivers or in similar matters, and the firm’s representation of clients in regulatory, land use, licensing, criminal defense, environmental, eminent domain, and assessment valuation and real property tax protests and matters.

Authorizing a contract with Hylden Advocacy & Law, in an amount not to exceed $48,000, from Jan 1, 2023, through Dec 31, 2023, for legislation representation services.

Authorizing a contract with Primacy Group LLC, in an amount not to exceed $100,000 from Jan 1, 2023, through Dec 31, 2023, for legislation representation services.

Adopting findings that the proposed position meets the criteria in Section 20.1010 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances, City Council to Establish Positions; and approving the appointed position, evaluated at 673 total points, and allocated to Grade 14.

Passage of Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Personnel, approving the salary schedule for the position, which has a salary range of $134,527 to $159,473, in accordance with the adopted compensation plan for appointed officials effective Dec 8, 2022.

Approving an increase to the salary and wage schedules by 2.5% + 0.75% for all jobs in the Appointed (CAP) group effective Jan 1, 2023.

Passage of Resolution designating the location and improvements proposed to be made in the Osseo Rd (CSAH 152) (49th Ave N to Penn Ave N) Street Reconstruction Project No. 6780 (CPV074).

Adopting report receiving the cost estimate in the amount of $14,440,000, directing the preparation of proposed special assessments against the list of benefited properties, and setting a public hearing for Feb 2, 2023, to consider the project, assessments, abandonment and removal of areaways in conflict with the project, and the conveyance of permanent easements for highway purposes to Hennepin County needed for the project.

Authorizing Cooperative Agreement No. PW 29-20-22 with Hennepin County for the reconstruction of County State Aid Highway No. 152.

Passage of Resolution designating the location and improvements proposed to be made in the Upper Harbor Terminal Public Infrastructure (Dowling Ave N, 33rd Ave N, and W River Rd N) Street Reconstruction Project No. 2294 (PV122).
