11 Emergency housing repairs ordinance (2019-01174)

Setting a public hearing for Dec 3, 2019, to consider an ordinance amending Title 12, Chapter 244 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Housing: Maintenance Code, amending the composition of the emergency violation hearing board and adding rules for hearings related to emergency housing repairs.
