    The Department of Community Planning and Economic Development recommends that the Zoning Board of Adjustment adopt staff findings for the variance to reduce the required interior side yard from 5 feet to 3 feet 1 inch for a new attached garage at an existing single-family dwelling located at 4709 Park Avenue 

    A. Variance. 

    Recommended motion: The Zoning Board of Adjustment denies the variance to reduce the required front yard from 5 feet to 3 feet 1 inch for an attached garage.
