Authorizing a two-year basic service agreement with Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid in an amount not to exceed $650,000, to provide legal representation to low-income Minneapolis tenants facing eviction, for the duration of Aug. 1, 2019 through July 31, 2021.

Authorizing an extension to the contract for a period of three, one-year terms at a rate not to exceed $325,000 per year, based on approved funding and performance satisfactory to City staff.
