    1. Confirming the Mayoral reappointment of Elizabeth Simones, Seat 13, Ward 3, for a three-year term beginning Jan 1, 2019, and ending Dec 31, 2021.
    2. Approving the Council reappointment of Amy Bergquist, Seat 14, Ward 3, for a three-year term beginning Jan 1, 2019, and ending Dec 31, 2021.
    3. Confirming the Mayoral appointment of Leili Fetahi, Seat 11, Ward 11, for a three-year term beginning Jan 1, 2019, and ending Dec 31, 2021.

  3. 4 Office of Violence Prevention ordinance (2018-01313)

    Passage of Ordinance amending Title 11, Chapter 214 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Health and Sanitation: Health Department, creating an Office of Violence Prevention within the Health Department.

    Action Taken: Approved
  4. 5 Municipal Identification Program ordinance (2018-00135)

    Passage of Ordinance amending Title 2 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration, adding a new Chapter 42 entitled "Municipal Identification Program."

Considering the report and recommendations on cross motions for summary judgment issued by Administrative Law Judge Eric L. Lipman on Nov 13, 2018, in the matter of the food law orders issued to Will Winter d/b/a Uptown Locavore, OAH Docket No. 8-6010-35378.

  3. 9 Site agreement with AmeriCorps to host Minnesota Opioid Response Corps member (2018-01014)

    Amending Council Action 2018A-0683 to authorize a site agreement with AmeriCorps to host, for one year, a total of two Minnesota Opioid Response Corps members to work on designing and framing the work of the Minneapolis Health Department in collaboration with the Mayor’s Task Force on the opioid epidemic.

  4. 10 Donation of travel and lodging expenses for the 2018 National Immigrant Integration Conference (2018-01435)

    Passage of Resolution accepting a donation of travel and lodging-related expenses from the National Partnership for New Americans for Michelle Rivero, Director of the Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs, to attend the 2018 National Immigrant Integration Conference from Dec 9-11, 2018.

  5. 11 Residential energy disclosure ordinances (2018-01331)

    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 3, Chapter 47 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Air Pollution and Environmental Protection: Energy and Air Pollution, adding provisions relating to residential energy disclosure.

    2. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 12, Chapter 248 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Housing: Truth in Sale of Housing, adding provisions relating to residential energy disclosure.

  6. 12 Invasive tree species ordinances (2018-01330)

    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 12, Chapter 244 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Housing: Maintenance Code, adding and amending provisions related to the removal of trees subject to invasive species infestation.

    2. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 15, Chapter 399 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Offenses--Miscellaneous: Control of Invasive Species Tree Pests, adding and amending provisions related to the removal of trees subject to invasive species infestation.
