1. 2 Stormwater Management Program and Annual Report (2023-00332)

  1. Passage of Resolution adopting the City of Minneapolis and Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Phase I Permit Stormwater Management Program and Annual Report for 2022 Activities. 

  2. Authorizing the Public Works Department to submit the City of Minneapolis and Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Stormwater Management Program Annual Report to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for review and approval.

  1. 3 Lush Plush Pride Party Block Event Permit: June 23-24, 2023. (2023-00509)

    Approving the application submitted by Andrew Rausch for a large block event permit to allow the Lush Plush Pride block party to be held June 23-24, 2023, on Harrison St NE between Spring St NE and Spring St NE, and to operate outside the hours permitted under Minneapolis Code of Ordinances, Section 455.35(c)(1).

  2. 4 Saloon Pride Large Block Event Permit: June 23-25, 2023 (2023-00510)

    Approving the application submitted by Chris Bock for a large block event permit to allow the 2023 Saloon Pride Block Party to be held June 23-25, 2023, on 9th St N between Hennepin Ave and Hawthorne Ave N, and to operate outside the hours permitted under Minneapolis Code of Ordinances, Section 455.35(c)(1).

  3. 5 METRO Green Line Extension (Southwest Light Rail) Project: Subordinate Funding Agreement No. 9 (2023-00511)

    Authorizing Subordinate Funding Agreement (SFA) No. 9 with the Metropolitan Council, to reimburse the City a not-to-exceed amount of $336,000, for construction costs incurred by the Public Works Traffic & Parking Services Division for relocation of traffic signal fiber optic infrastructure impacted by the METRO Green Line Extension (Southwest Light Rail) Project.

  4. 6 2nd St S Pedestrian Safety Improvement Project: Layout approval (2023-00512)

    Approving the layout for the 2nd St S Pedestrian Safety Improvement Project.

  5. 7 Agreement with Xcel Energy for Hennepin Ave S Street Reconstruction Project (Lake St W to Douglas Ave) (2023-00513)

    Authorizing an agreement with Xcel Energy, in the amount of $39,000, for conduit installation within the Hennepin Ave Bridge over the Midtown Greenway (Bridge No 27599) as part of the Hennepin Ave S Street Reconstruction Project (Lake St W to Douglas Ave).

  6. 8 Biennial Routine Maintenance Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (2023-00514)

    Passage of Resolution authorizing the Biennial Routine Maintenance Agreement between the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation and the City of Minneapolis, effective July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025.

  7. 9 F Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Recommended Corridor Plan: City of Minneapolis comments (2023-00521)

    Approving City of Minneapolis comments on the F Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Recommended Corridor Plan, and directing the submittal of the comments to Metro Transit.

    Action Taken: Approved

    Passage of Resolution declaring the week of May 21, 2023, as National Public Works Week.

  2. 11 Obstruction Permit fees update (2023-00448)

    Passage of Resolution updating Lane Use fees incurred by requests for Obstruction Permits.

    Action Taken: Approved as amended
  3. 12 Citywide Street Lighting Update (2023-00515)

    Receiving and filing a citywide street lighting update.

    Action Taken: Received and filed
  4. 13 Municipal sidewalk plowing analysis: Update (2023-00494)

    Receiving and filing an update of the legislative directive for a high-level analysis of potential City-led sidewalk snow and ice removal programs. 

    Action Taken: Received and filed
