Background Analysis
Over the years the City has retained consultants to conduct management assessments to assist in the selection of candidates for Department Head positions and for other executive, managerial and leadership positions. The City utilizes the results of the assessments to assist in the overall evaluation of the candidate’s knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities associated with the position they are being considered. The City released a Request for Proposal on June 2, 2023 seeking qualified suppliers to provide the services described in the RFP. Four (4) responses were received on 06/30/2023. Two qualified vendors were chosen.. The new contracts will be for a three year contract term, September 30, 2023 through September 29, 2026.
