Background Analysis
The contract amendment is for increased costs associated with two changes in scope of work. The first is to supply and install ceramic tile ($18,220) as part of the Concessionaire buildout on the skyway level of the building. Buildout was approved after the selection of the concessionaire. The second is an increased cost for change in materials ($2,168) due to a potential compatibility of materials issue that may effect proper adhesion of the weatherpoofing materials behind the exterior stone.
