Action: The City Planning Commission recommends that the City Council approved the petition to rezone 207 and 209 Humboldt Ave N from R5 Multiple-family District to I1 Light Industrial District and IL Industrial Living Overlay District, retaining the BFC4 Corridor 4 Built Form Overlay District.
